Goncalo is a passionate professional, with more than 15 years experience and proven track record in strategy management consulting working with EY and Deloitte. Deployed engagements across 3 different regions (Europe, Africa and APAC) and specializes in Strategy, Business Model Innovation and Finance, with emphasis in the Financial Services, Public Sector and Supply Chain industries.  Goncalo holds the International Executive MBA from University of St. Gallen in a joint degree program with Bocconi and ESADE universities, the Master in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, a CFA Accredited Partner and a Postgraduation in Consulting Strategy Management from ISEG.

Paulo is a dynamic business strategy leader with over 10 years of experience, including 7 years in management consulting with Deloitte's Strategy & Operations team. Paulo gained extensive experience in the SaaS industry within the US and Irish markets, specializing in M&A from both the buy and sell sides. Paulo led a finance team with a major focus on growth and revenue improvement. Has proven expertise in leading strategic initiatives, driving cost reduction programs, and managing end-to-end M&A transactions. Paulo holds the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program. He also holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduation diploma in Software Engineering and Information Systems, both from Universidade de Lisboa - Instituto Superior Técnico.
